Returning for its tenth year in 2014,The Australian Annual Beer Festivalis back fromFriday October 17 – Sunday October 19.
As the name suggests, it’s one great celebration of all things hops, barley and yeast, held at The Australian Heritage Hotel in The Rocks. The Home Brew Championship is on as well, with entries open now and the winners announced on Monday September 15. It’s not just about your boring uncle and his dodgy homemade ale – the first prize, selected by a panel of beer experts and enthusiasts, will win flights, transfers and a tour of the Cascade Brewery in Tasmania.
