The 24 Frames Per Second exhibition is set to open this June with new major artworks from 24 artists around Australia and the world.

The exhibition has been three years in the making and is a statement in reaction to the shifts in the cross-disciplinary nature of choreography, visual arts and film. It is one of the most ambitious exhibitions that the venue has offered so far.

The diversity of art is apparent with inclusions such as Sydney video artist Kate Murphy, who juxtaposes mobility and expression in aged citizens and Khaled Sabsabi, known for his work with multi-channel video projections of fanaticism and heightened states of ecstacy.

Catch 24 Frames Per Second at Carriageworks from Thursday June 18 to Sunday August 2. For more information on the artists involved, head here.
