Head On Photo Festival is set to showcase some of the most talented photographers in Australia and internationally.

Over 50 exhibitions will be presented during the month-long festival in May. The exhibitions are diverse; some dreamy and some daring. Audiences will be spoilt for choice with a wide variety of subjects to choose from.

Georges Pacheco’s exhibition,Amalthée, features a variety of mothers from diverse backgrounds breastfeeding their children, and explores the universality of such an act. Nic Bezzina’s Cam Girlsexplores women’s capabilities to restructure the culture around them. Sandro Miller’sMalkovich, Malkovich, Malkovich: Homage To Photographic Masters,is a curious recreation of many iconic images, in which actor John Malkovich replaces the subject.
