The Eddie Izzard-hosted Just For Laughs Gala event at the Sydney Opera House this week has locked in its full lineup of funny types.

Izzard is making the trip Down Under specifically for the event, and he’ll introduce a host of comedians including Rhys Darby, Sarah Kendall, Reggie Watts, Ronnie Chieng, Ted Alexandro and Alonzo Bodden. The Gala is the hot ticket night on the festival schedule, which opens Tuesday October 14 and continues until Sunday October 19.

Just For Laughs’ Eddie Izzard Gala is on Saturday October 18 at the Concert Hall, Sydney Opera House.
