The Harold Park Hotel’s comedy club The Laugh Stand has announced its final monthly program for 2015, along with beer and food specials to wash the comedy down.
Ben Darsow will be headlining the first of two comedy showcases for the month on Tuesday December 1, featuring Jackie Loeb (Good News Week, Spicks & Specks, Full Frontal) withLou Pollard, Matt Lane and Ryan Crawford plus more.
The second comedy showcase on Tuesday December 8 will seeJulia Wilson take to the stage, supported bySimon Bosco and Ben Kochan, Brock Henry, Dave Noble and MCNikki Britton.
To round out the year a Christmas comedy gala will take place on Tuesday December 15 with the likes ofCam Knight (Back Seat Drivers, How Not to Behave, Soul Mates),Brett Blake,Marty Bright, Kyle Legacy, Madeleine Culp and Dane Hiser. The night will be MCed by Melbourne Comedy Festival’s Best Comedy nominee John Conway.
