The famous ramen burger is set to become a permanent fixture at David Yip’s new Sydney CBD restaurant ONE Tea Lounge & Grill, amongst other tasty treats.
That’s right, the creator of his special version of the ramen burger David Yip has set up shop in Sydney with ONE Tea Lounge & Grill, which will also be offering his subsequent creations, the rice burger and the matcha baoger. All three of these wonderful foods have caused quite a stir at the Night Noodle Markets for three years running and will make for a mouth-watering accompaniment to a vastly matcha-themed menu.
Open for lunch and dinner, matcha runs through the food and drinks menu alike, spicing up anything from burgers and cocktails to the very fries which are garnished with green tea salt. Why not?
