Rites Of Passage, the tattoo festival that’s had six popular iterations in Melbourne, is making its Sydney debut this weekend.
This Friday through Sunday marks Sydney’s chance to enjoy the Rites Of Passage Festival Tour 2016, celebrating not only tattoo culture but also art, music and live freestyle motocross displays.
More than 250 tattoo talents from Australia and around the world will be on hand, including Aniela Fruduva of Blckbyrn Stockholm, Jake Danielson of Empire Melbourne, along with some of Sydney’s finest artists in Kahn Tattoo, Mystik, Tater Tatts and Nikko Hurtado.
Expect to see amazing tattoo art up close at daily competition events, from black and grey to colour, portrait, linework Japanese tattoos and more. Tatts where it’s at!
The Rites Of Passage Festival comes to Sydney Olympic Park this Friday October 14 – Sunday October 16. Tickets are on sale now or at the door.
