The new exhibition to satisfy everyone’s inner child, Toys Through Time, will explore the last 200 years of children’s toys, from peg dolls to Barbies.

Featuring over 200 original toys, the exhibit aims to capture the spirit of play, as well as the unique creativity of Sydney’s toy industry. The toys on display range from impressive Lego collections to an impressive doll set from the 19th century.

The exhibition is of course kid-friendly, as children can let their imagination run wild through the museum and enjoy an interactive play space where they can experience traditional toys, play contemporary games and make their own toy to take home.

Toys Through Time will be held at the Museum Of Sydney from Saturday March 28 until Sunday August 9. Tickets start at $5, or are available for free with general museum admission. Visit the Museum’s website for more details.
