Attention all young writers aged 13-17: the Younger Young Writers’ Program (YYWP)is a series of events being held again this year to help you succeed in your career paths.

The YYWP will be starting in September and finishing in November. It will connect writers online and open up theNational Young Writers’ Festivalfor young people unable to attend the October long weekend program in Newcastle, making it a truly national festival.

Fresh from winning the Express MediaAward forBest Program for Young Writers in NSW,the YYWP is back with another year of inspiring workshops, much-needed advice and impressive mentorship.

It’s going to be even better this yearwith support from the wonderfulCentre for Youth Literature. This year’s participants will have access to exclusive programs run by YA authorWill Kostakisas well as discussion with fantasylegendGarth Nix.
