Innovative works from five contemporary Australian artists working across the mediums of music and poetry will be on display in a collaborative piece by Musica Viva and The Red Room Company.
Since December 2013, US based emerging composer Melody Eötvös, one of Australia’s leading percussionists Claire Edwardesand renowned poets Luka Lesson, Jessica L. Wilkinson and Margaret West have been collaborating to create an inspiring original work that marries the two artforms together. These are artists that Johanna Featherstone, Artistic Director of The Red Room Company, says were hand-picked to bring a range of qualities to the project.
