The Goethe-Institut will present Berlin analogue photographer Sven Marquardt’s Future’s Past exhibition as part of the Head On Photo Festival in Sydney.
Sven Marquardt will be heading to Sydney to showcase his photographic collection titled Future’s Past for the first time. His work has been well established in the German art scene for many years, scoring Sven feature articles and portraits in many German news outlets as well as in the New York Times and The Guardian. Fotografien will be showcased as part of the Urban Subcultures program, which is a series of exhibitions and concerns depicting the subculture activity in the 1980s and the present time period in Berlin and across Germany.
The Future’s Past exhibition will run at the Ambush Gallery in Sydney as part of the Head On Photo Festival from Thursday May 5 to Sunday May 22 2016.
