Head chef Darbyan Singh has been working for over 20 years as a curry and tandoori cook, specialising in the majestic and mouth-watering flavours of North India. The restaurant itself is unique in that it offers a range of Indian cuisine, the menu covering everything from street food to fine delicacies.
