Seminal Aussie punks The Meanies are set to play two Sydney shows at the reopened Lansdowne Hotel next month.

And if you’re a Meanies fan – or have never had the chance to see them before – this could be the last opportunity you’ll get.

Vocalist Link Meanie is about to relocate overseas on a permanent basis, so while this may not officially be the end of the line for a band that has operated at the forefront of Aussie punk since 1989, it will definitely be something of a farewell event.

See The Meanies at the Lansdowne on Friday July 7 and Saturday July 8. Tickets are available now.
