Last month Australian Music Week (AMW) announced it will be teaming up with The AU Review to present Captured: Australia Captured. The national music video project and competition pairs local bands and musicians with local filmmakers. Participants are allocated six to seven weeks of production time, resulting in a five-minute music video or short film. The films will premiere in 2015 as part of Australian Music Week in Sydney.

Australian Music Week runs from Wednesday November 18 to Sunday November 22 throughout the many venues located within the central CBD and Cronulla Esplanade. Showcase applications have been extended to Tuesday September 8. Entries for Captured close at 5pm Monday September 14. Tickets are available through the AMW website.
