Good tunes are set to meet a great aquatic setting.

Ever get tired of schlubbing over to some crowded, indoor venue to see a band of The Jezabels’ calibre? Well, rejoice, because the band have announced that they are set to headline the Australian Open of Surfing concert series, a gig that will see them blasting their fine tunes at an even finer beachside location.

“We are really excited to be playing so close to where the land meets the sea and watching the surfers conquer the waves in all their glory. It’s gonna be magic,”The Jezabelssaid. Magic indeed.

The Jezabels’ show will follow Hermitude’s headline set on Saturday March 4.

The Australian Open of Surfing (or AOS for short) also offers further pleasures for non-music lovers, including BMX competitions, pop-up clubs and so much more.

AOS runs from Saturday February 25 to Sunday March 5 at Manly Beach. The Jezabels are set to play on Sunday March 5. For more information, head over to the AOS website, here.
