In celebration of his 30th anniversary as a solo artist, Jimmy Barnes has announced a special A Day On The Green national tour this November and December.

The tour will take place in wineries across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania. It coincides with the release of his 30/30 Anniversary album, which features re-recordings of 15 of his biggest hits while collaborating with artists including Keith Urban, John Farnham and Journey.

Each show is set to be unlike any other, featuring the Jimmy Barnes Greatest Hits Spinning Wheel made up of 30 classic Barnes tracks. Fans will be invited on stage to spin the wheel, deciding on the spot which songs the band will perform each night.

The Living End, who feature on the album’s first single Lay Down Your Guns, are special guests on all shows, with The Baby Animals, You Am I, Ian Moss, Troy Cassar-Daley, Mahalia Barnes and Nick Barker playing on various dates.

Jimmy Barnes will take his 30th anniversary tour to Robert Oatley Vineyards, Mudgee on Saturday November 1 and Bimbadgen Winery, Hunter Valley on Saturday November 8. Tickets on sale Friday July 18 through Ticketmaster.
