The National Folk Festival has announced that legendary ukulele player, slack key guitarist and six-time Grammy winner Daniel Ho is the final exclusive headliner for the festival this year.

Originally from Honolulu, Ho’s songs stem from a simple island upbringing with strong ocean themes evident through his music. Adding to the already vibrant lineup of artists, the National Folk Festival is set to bring people together from all elements, featuring styles as diverse as acoustic, blues, roots, folk, and country.

The National Folk Festival runs over the Easter long weekend in Canberra, Thursday April 2 to Monday April 6.
