As well as a headline performance at next year’s Byron Bay Bluesfest,Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will play a string ofcapital city shows next March.

The principal songwriter, lead guitarist and vocalist for multi-platinum, award winning mega-band Oasis, Gallagher started making music as High Flying Birds in 2011.

As well as tracks from Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds’ 2011 self-titled album and current releaseChasing Yesterday,recent UK set lists have also included Oasis classics such as Champagne Supernova, The Masterplan, Whatever and Don’t Look Back In Anger.

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds were last on our shores as headliners for 2012’s Big Day Out, when they also played a run of sold out headline show. Their current world tour has includedheadline slots at some of the world’s biggest musicfestivals including T in the Park, Governors Ball and Fuji Rock.

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will play Hordern Pavilion on Saturday March 26.Tickets go on saleWednesday December 9.
