Following its smashingly engaging Melbourne debut, Shir Madness, complete with all its incredible Jewish musical pizzazz and talent, is set to grace Sydney come September.

Across five stages around Bondi Beach, the Shir Madness Jewish Music Festival will be putting on a show. 30 acts across ten hours will mean never a dull moment for punters who are keen to soak up the immensely engrossing musical prowess that is to be on offer.

From the crowd favourites, the soulful Melbourne duo Deborah Conway and Willy Zygier, to the musical gypsy dance flourish of the Monsieur Camembert act, the festival is to cover a wide variety of tastes and styles.

While providing engrossing, boogie-worthy tunes, Shir Madness also aims for the bright lights. Alexis Fishman, theHelpmann Award nominee and star of Dusty, Shout!and Kiss Of The Spiderwoman will perform songs from the pens of Rodgers and Hammerstein, Rodgers and Hart, Stephen Sondheim, Stephen Schwarz and more – taking you on a Jewish journey of Broadway.

The Shir Madness Jewish Music Festival will take place on Sunday September 18.
