Melbourne post-punk The Sinking Teeth are set to launch an impressive five state tour next month. Kicking off on Thursday June 19 in Surfers Paradise, the group are set to release their second EPSalt & Stitches, which will be launched on the final date of their tour at The Workers Club in Melbourne on July 26.

The tour also coincides with the release of the first single from the the EP, titled You Can’t Build A Bike Out of Muffins. The tour is also named after the track.

The group have had a busy couple of months, having appeared naked on stage supporting Calling All Cars and needed to take promo jobs dressing as Freddo Frog to pay for studio time to record their EP.

The Sinking Teeth will play two NSW shows, one at Tattersalls Hotel in Penrith on Friday June 27, and one at Blackwire Records the following night.
