The legends over at Sounds of The Suburbs have made this Sunday’s event in Sutherland a family affair.

“All the coolest Dads will be able to come along with their kids for a grand total of zero dollars,” announced the festival. Lets be honest, with his acid washed straight-leg jeans and weird sneakers, your Dad is going to fit in just fine on the fashion front!

“So ditch the awkward family dinner and bring Dad along to Sounds of the Suburbs, where he’ll be able to relive his glory days of partying with the likes of Skegss, Ruby Fields, Camp Cope, Bleeding Knees Club, Harlem and many more.”

If it’s a choice between a BBQ at the rents soundtracked by Smoothfm… or the chance to bond over 24 of the most rambunctious live acts on both sides of the Pacific, we know which one you’d rather.

Sounds of The Suburbs goes down on Sunday September 3 at the Sutherland Carpark in Sutherland, NSW, boasting all of the boutique festival trimmings we’ve come to expect. Head to the website for tickets and more deets, and check out the full lineup below.
