Artists including Magda Szubanski, Joel Creasey, Bob Downe and more are coming together at Sydney’s Town Hall to remember those killed and impacted by the recent Orlando mass shooting.

Some of Australia’s top artists will join together to create a night of entertainment for the 49 killed and many injured in the tragic Orlando massacre at the LGBTQI-friendly Pulse nightclub.

Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Mooresaid: “We’ve thrown open the doors of Sydney Town Hall to raise much-needed funds for those directly impacted by this horrendous shooting.”

Funds raised will be donated to the Equality Florida Pulse Victims Fund, which supports the victims’ families, survivors and those in the club who may not have suffered physical injury but are in need of support.So far in excess of US$6 million has been raised.

The lineup for the event includes Szubanski, Creasey, Downe, Paul Capsis, iOTA, Emma Matthews, Simon Burke, Virginia Gay and more.
