For one night only, Carriageworks will host a huge night market as part of the Vivid Sydney program.

Some of the industry’s best will get down and cooking on Friday June 16 for the all-ages evening of food and wine. This year’s theme, ‘Cooking With Fire’, will challenge chefs to cook up their specialties over an open flame.

More than 25 stallholders were selected by guest curator Lennox Hastie, of Sydney’s Firedoor restaurant, for their foodie notoriety, and for their forte for flame cooking.

The Night Market will heat up Eveleigh’s Carriageworks on Friday June 16, from 5pm to 10pm. Tickets are $10 plus booking fee, and children under ten enter free. Lock in your space by visiting Carriagework’s website.
