The Royal joined the W Short Hotel Group portfolio in July 2013. Since the acquisition, the family owned group have completed stage one of the refurbishment project with the opening of The Royal Botanical bar, dining and terrace on level 1. By giving the venue a fresh new look and menu as well as a wider selection at the bars, the Royal is breathing new life into the Norton Street pub scene.
