ABOUT NLV RECORDS
NLV Records is a forward-thinking music company founded by Nina Las Vegas, working across artist management, label services, event curation and creative strategy.
Representing cutting-edge artists, producers and songwriters, we champion unique voices in music.
Our roster includes local and international talent, with a focus on progressive, community-driven work across releases, live shows and brand partnerships.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a dynamic and highly organised creative person to join the NLV team.
This is a hybrid role that blends day-to-day artist management with label/project coordination and cultural consulting. You’ll work closely with Nina Las Vegas and the wider NLV ecosystem to drive artist campaigns, support releases, and contribute to the evolving culture of the label.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping the creative and cultural direction of NLV. This includes contributing ideas for campaigns, merch, visual identity, events and brand collaborations. It’s important to us that you stay tapped into global club culture, underground music scenes, diverse communities and digital trends. Not shy of suggesting innovative ways to promote our artists and grow our world. We’re energised by new ideas and thinking differently.
Together, we’ll build a future-facing and authentic cultural presence for both the label and its artists.
