About the opportunity:
Vinyl Media is expanding and our campaign operations team is looking to appoint a campaigns manager to meet the demands of our growing business.
In this role, you will collaborate with the sales team to execute and deliver the booked campaigns by providing an end-to-end service that includes (but not limited to) liaising with clients on creative trafficking, setting up the campaign in our backend, optimising the campaign performance and reporting on the campaign success and output. This is an analytical role best suited for people with a high level of attention to detail and a desire for success.
You’ll foster collaboration within the team by assisting the Head of Campaign Operations on daily tasks and as well as facilitating occasional requests from senior management and/or the wider sales team.
You will leverage your keen analytical eye to continuously monitor campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations for the campaigns team, driving campaign optimisation. You are a data driven marketing professional with an understanding of campaign operations, ad servers and social media marketing. You will assist with the setup and monitoring of social & digital campaigns from sign-off to post-campaign delivery and analysis.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a meticulous attention to detail who possesses strong initiative and thrives on driving positive campaign outcomes and securing repeat business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
- Assist with seamless campaign management and trafficking across website content, social media, display/video advertising, and email channels.
- Campaign Performance:
- Monitor and optimize results through thorough management of platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, X, and others, exceeding performance goals.
- Reporting & Campaign KPI achievement:
- Monitor Campaign performance daily
- Collaborate with the Head of Ad Operations on campaign optimisation strategies to ensure campaigns deliver and KPIs achieved.
- Contribute to the building and distribution of weekly client and internal stakeholder reports to ensure campaign monitoring
- Build effective post campaign reports in a timely manner in collaboration with the sales team.
- Campaigns Aficionado & Sales Team Ally:
- Support the Campaigns and Sales team by leveraging in-house systems to create insertion orders, build publisher booking forms and provide proof of posting for campaigns in a timely fashion.
- Collate competitor reports to provide support to our commercial team.
About your skills and experience
- 1-2 Years experience in Digital Marketing and Advertising essential – experience on Publisher side is highly desirable
- Experience with Google Ad Manager & Meta ads manager highly favoured
- Strong Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong time management skills and deliver tasks in a timely fashion
- Passion for music, entertainment & pop culture is a bonus
