Jungle Merchandise, a leading music merchandise agency, is seeking a highly detailed General Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and contribute to shaping and executing our company vision and strategy.

We operate in the live event and digital spaces, providing a full suite of services to our clients. Role Overview
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless management of our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that drive our business forward. This role demands a hands-on approach, coupled with high-level interactions with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies in alignment with the company’s vision.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure the company’s financial health.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including employees, partners, and customers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Compliance and Legal Affairs: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
