THE POSITION

We have a super exciting Junior Digital Marketer position that will see you working across some incredible music, sport and comedy campaigns. You will use your experience in social media strategy, content population and advertising to develop, implement and manage social digital campaigns for our client roster.

This fun role will see you create content calendars, strategise release plans tailored to the digital space and run advertising campaigns across mediums such as Meta Suite, TikTok, YouTube, Google Suite and Spotify… not to mention listen to some epic unreleased tunes, watch some thrilling sporting action and gain some abs watching our comedians on TikTok.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES + SKILLS

Working directly with our Head of Digital, you will be required to have a whole lotta’ passion, strong attention to detail, experience in Meta Adsuite and a love for all things social media.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Create and manage client folders and asset sheets

– Provide strategic direction for content creation

– Create and implement compelling content calendars that move the needle for our clients across digital service providers, including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon and YouTube, as well as reaching ticket sales KPIs for touring.

– Create, implement and effectively manage ads across social media and DSPs via Meta Business Suite, TikTok Spark and Google Suite.

– Create informative weekly reports

– Analyse social media metrics to provide strategic direction throughout the campaign for both posting and advertising

– Create and manage audience segments in Meta Business Suite

– Create weekly WIPS for internal campaign reporting

– Assist with the innovation of internal processes as the digital world evolves

Essential skills + qualities:

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Understanding of Meta business suite, TikTok Spark Ads, Google Ads and Linkedin Advertising

– Experience in creating and managing Meta audience segments

– Experience in creating and managing lookalike audiences with segmented demographic behavoior and interest targeting

– Experience in boosting TikTok posts and Linkedin articles

– Video editing – either in iMovie, InShot, DaVinci, Premiere Pro or similar

– Collaborative, open, approachable team player

– Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

– Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision and work autonomously

– Well-developed strategic thinking, applying ideas to the nuances of the digital landscape

– Strong project management skills

– Ability to effectively prioritise and organise workload

– Ability to and a love of working with people – both within a team and client facing

– Great computer skills that will allow you to hit the ground running in Google Drive and our CMS and reporting systems, including (but not limited to) Asana and Toggl

– A strong ability to prioritize to meet pressing deadlines

– Knowledge of social media and digital platforms – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, – – Spotify, Apple, Amazon etc.

– Understanding of scheduling posts across Meta Business Suite, or third party platforms with transferable skills

– Understanding of social media algorithms

– Understanding of foundational audience engagement tactics
