Get ready hip hop and trap fans…
From his tattered denim, metal t-shirts, iconic face masks and obscure performances, his fans are continuing to watch his journey from an underground artist to a growing rap legend.
The New York Times listed Keith Ape’s concert at SOB’s in Manhattan as its top 40 picks of “unrestrained mayhem” and “a clear inheritor of Southern rap rowdiness” in 2015.
The 22 year old from Seoul had collaborated with underground heavyweight Denzel Curry to produce the track ‘Vigorous.’
His viral smash hit ‘It G Ma’ gained him much critical attention that it was later remixed in a music video from the likes of A$AP Ferg, Father, Dumbfounded and Waka Flocka.
This fame led him to partner with Converse to produce a visually intriguing video for the track ‘Diamonds.’
And Keith is not slowing down with his latest single ‘Let Us Prey,’ featuring Cha$e.
Keith Ape will perform on Wednesday November 9 at the Factory Theatre. Tickets cost $45.
