Aussie music’s beloved five-a-side charity football tournament is back again withWhat So Not,Nina Las Vegas, Paces, Swick, Montaigne, Dena Amy, Motorik Vibe Council, Third Floor, Klue, Winston Surfshirtand members of Set Mo, I Know LeopardandThe Delta Riggs all set to hit the pitch.
They’ll join the 21 teams competing in the tournament, including teams fromBMG, I Oh You, Pandoraand Select Music among others from all over the industry including radio, production and management.
The Loop’s Scott Tweedie will play host as the teams battle it out for their chosen charities. Since its beginning four years ago, Musica Copa has nearly doubled in size and raised over $30,000, with a new look format featuring seven teams competing across three group stages. The event is open to the public for a donation at the door.
Musica Copa will be held at the KIKOFF Soccer Centre, Marrickville, on Friday December 2, with entry via a $10 door donation.
