A video of Australian personality Schapelle Corby giving a bunch of quirky wellness tips has gone viral.

The clip was shared on Instagram by Aussie influencer Winnie Blues from personalised message service memmo.me. Corby tells listeners about how she takes care of herself, what she’s reading and how her current frame of mind is.

“You take care of yourself, don’t drink too much,’’ she says in the video.

“That’s my problem, I like beer, I drink a lot of beer.

“I have my second week off beer. I like beer a lot. So I have begun to have like two or three weeks off and then I’ll drink again and then I like to give myself breaks.”

“I’m on a break at the moment so had a birthday (at the weekend) with no alcohol probably because I was sick actually.

The convicted drug smuggler broke up in song at the beginning of the video, before pointing out the importance of self care.

“Be kind to yourself, you’re your own best friend, you live in your head 24/7 so make it a nice place. Never be negative towards yourself. Be honest and caring and uplifting.”

“What do you do for self care? I like to read books, I find when I watch Netflix and movies I get disappointed. Why is this even a movie? Why are these people so famous and rich? This movie is s—.

“I like to read books so you envision your own creation.

“At the moment I’m reading Redeeming Love which is a beautiful book, it’s a Christian book, it’s not like the written Bible which I have read maybe four times front to back. Recommend.

In the video, Corby also touched on her strong relationship with her dog, Lulu.

“I do have girlfriends, I have friends, but she’s always by my side,’’ she said of her pet.

Winnie’s followers have flocked to the comments section to praise the chaotic video. “The video i never knew i needed. WOW this made my day,” wrote one, with another adding: “Schapelle is the Australian Britney Spears social media equivalent and I’m here for it!”
