Sydney progressive meltalcore outfit Trojans have just announced a heavy new single called ‘Dead Eyed Stare’, due for release on Friday November 25.

Heavy in sound and heavy in content, the song is a look inside the mind of someone suffering from depression and the struggle of living through it.

To celebrate its release, the five-piece will also be playing two Sydney shows this December. In the nine months since their formation, Trojans have supportedKing Parrot,Confessionand also America’sHawthorne Heightsand are intent on making a name for themselves in the Sydney music scene too.

Their five-track debut EP The Blissful Hollow is scheduled for release in the early months of 2017 and will feature guest vocals fromMark PoidaofAversions Crown. The EP will be accompanied by a national tour in 2017.

Trojans will playHermann’s Bar for MMRS on Saturday December 17.
