To protect our jobs advertisers (aka you!) and users please ensure your internship meets the guidelines set out by Fair Work Australia.
The Fair Work guidelines outline the following requirements for an internship to be lawful:
- the internship should be for the benefit of the intern not the company
- the intern should not be doing work that would be otherwise done by a paid employee
- the more productive work that’s involved, the more likely the person’s an employee
- the longer the internship, the more likely the person is an employee
Please make sure you include the above in order for your ad to remain on the site.
