Coming on the tail of Fashion Week, Art In Threads is a project celebrating an appreciation of multicultural diversity in our society through the synergy between art and fashion.
It brings emerging local artists and fashion designers together for a collaboration in which each team will create a wearable artwork that evokes awareness of our multiculturalism.
The final artworks will be showcased to the general public with the fashion show opening onFriday April 11, followed by a week-long exhibition untilApril 18at Brand X space inL3 Central, Chippendale.
