Young award-winning artist Clara Adolphs is launching her exhibition Thursday this November.

Adolphs is only in her 20s, yet has already been a finalist in multiple national art awards including the Moran Prize, the Mosman Art Prize, the Portia Geach Memorial Award and the Brett Whiteley Travelling Art Scholarship.

Adolphs describes herself as a “figurative painter” who captures familiar scenes and emotions with her paintbrush. Her art embodies the classic theme of time being fleeting.

It’d be ironic if you missed her exhibition because you lost track of time.

The exhibition is held from Friday November 27 to Sunday December 13 atMick Art Gallery in Paddington.
