After listening to James Fox Higgins’ latest release,1975 you might feel a little disoriented – since when is time travel a thing?

Using the power of funk, Higgins transports listeners back to a far groovier year (even those of us who weren’t yet born then – such is the power of music, my friend.) He will be launching his latest album, 1975,a homage to soul, jazz and smoothness, in Sydney this April.

If that’s not enough to satiate you, opening acts Glenn Lumanta and Amy Chase are also there to add a decent dash of groove – I dare you not to tap your foot.

Tickets to the launch at LazyBones Lounge are available through Oztixfor Friday April 4.
