Norwegian artist Tori Wrånes is looking for volunteer dancers of all descriptions to perform with her in a new work at Cockatoo Island during the Opening Week of the 19th Biennale Of Sydney.

She wants enthusiastic, open-minded performers to help create a large dance chorus. Performers are asked to come as they are and will be given instructions during the rehearsals while working directly with the artist and Norwegian choreographer Tomas Glans. They promise fun, new experiences and the opportunity to take part in the creation of a new original artwork, alongside musicians and performer Tori Wrånes and her crew.

They want people of all skin colours, sizes, heights, sexual orientations and backgrounds, and interesting characters, unusual hair, beards and big noses are a bonus.

Performers are required for 2–3 rehearsals during the second week of March and for two 15-minute public performances on Saturday March 22 at 12 pm and Sunday March 23 at 3 pm.
