If you struggle to fork over $10.15 for a McDonald’s Angus burger on Uber Eats then you’re probably going to fall off your chair when you hear that a burger at a baseball stadium in the United States costs a whopping $US25,000 ($A33,000)
The extravagant burger – known as ‘The World Champions Burger’ – is for sale at Truist Park in Atlanta in a move to honour Baseball team Atlanta Braves’ 2021 World Series win.
However, unlike a McDonald’s Angus burger, this burger comes with some pretty impressive jewellery to justify the extraordinary price. When a customer purchases the $33,000 burger, they also get a limited-edition World Series championship ring.
The Atlanta Braves are selling a ‘World Champions Burger’ that has all the fixings!
For $151, you also get a replica World Series ring with your order.

For those not willing to part with tens of thousands of dollars for a burger and a ring, there’s a cheaper option. The same burger is being sold for $201 and comes with a replica 2021 World Series ring.
Although the burger itself doesn’t really justify the hefty price tag, it’s ingredients are pretty impressive. ‘The World Champions Burger’ is a “half-pound Wagyu beef burger topped with cage-free pan-fried eggs, gold-leaf-wrapped Hudson Valley foie gras, grilled cold water lobster tail, heirloom tomato, bibb lettuce, Tillamook Cheddar cheese and truffle aioli on a toasted, Irish-buttered brioche bun.” Diners will also get a side of parmesan waffle fries thrown in for good measure.
Social media users are having a field day over the expensive ballpark burgers, with one joking that they will be taking out a loan to buy the burger.

Me: I need a loan, please.
Bank: For a house? Car?
Me: Actually, it’s for a burger. A burger loan.— Braves fan in Arkansas (@c_petty) April 7, 2022
I need y’all to #VenmoMe so I can afford that $25K burger at a Braves game this year.
