Like the majority of Australia, radio hosts Fitzy and Wippa are hoping that MAFS‘ fan favourites Brent and Ella become romantically involved. So much so, that they are sending the reality stars off on a romantic holiday to Port Douglas.
This morning Ella and Brent popped onto Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa show for a chat. During the segment, the hosts reflected on an interview they’d previously conducted with the MAFS stars in which they suggested that they should head off on a holiday together.
During this morning’s show, they revisited the idea.
“Okay, well Brent, how’s this? Wotif heard the chat that we had with you guys and they put their hand up, because, you know if you’re going to travel anywhere you choose wotif.com and they’ve said, ‘how would you guys feel if we sent you up to Port Douglas for a weekend?'”
“So we’re putting you guys on the spot now. You didn’t know what you were coming on for. Would you guys consider a holiday – I don’t know if anything would happen – but would you go up to Port Douglas, would you do it?” Fitzy asked Brent and Ella.
Wippa chimed in, “just the two of them?” To which Fitzy confirmed, “Just the two of you.”
Brent was quick to confirm that he was interested in the rendevouz, “I mean I would, why not?” He told the hosts. Ella agreed too, “yeah, Im down.”

The hosts asked Brent and Ella if they’d ever been to Port Douglas before, and both of the reality stars confirmed they hadn’t.
Ella sounded confused and verified whether the show was actually being serious about the trip.
“So, you guys really wanna send us to Port Douglas? Team Brella, you wanna put us up with accommodation from Wotif?” She asked.
Wippa confirmed that they were completely serious about the trip, but had to confirm a few details first.
“We just need to finalize one thing, because we want this to be great for you,” Wippa said. “So, I’ll ask the question because we need to book your accommodation, is a one-bedroom villa okay? Or would you need separate bedrooms?”
Brent told the hosts he’d let Ella decide, who quickly agreed that a single bedroom would be big enough.
“Yeah, well I mean, Brent and I have had sleepovers so I feel like a one bedder is more than okay,” she told the hosts.
During the segment Ella, Brent and the hosts confirmed that the holiday would take place this weekend and that the reality stars would report back to Fitzy and Wippa to share how the getaway went.
“I mean if you guys are sending us away I guess you should be the first that we report back to,” Ella said.
