It would seem that the feud between Abbie Chatfield and Brooke Blurton is still in the works, according to new reports.

Both of the women attended the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras event on Saturday night but seemed to avoid each other, The Daily Telegraph reported on Sunday.

According to the publication, the two “stayed on opposite ends of the stadium”.

Abbie, 26, shared a video and photos of herself on Instagram sporting a dark wig and a revealing outfit as she attended the event at the SCG.

“They have mutual friends but kept their distance all night. There’s still some tension there, they can’t stand each other,” an alleged source said.

Their feud started in November 2021 when Abbie revealed her relationship with a contestant on Brooke’s Bachelorette season, Konrad Bień-Stephen, before the finale of the season aired.

In late January, Abbie told Who Magazine that they were making amends with each other.

“There was some drama with Brooke when Konrad and I got together, but we are in a better place now,” Abbie clarified. “I think so anyway.”

Brooke Blurton unfollowed Abbie Chatfield for a while on Instagram but has refollowed her since. Abbie still follows Brooke as of Sunday.

At the end of last year, Chatfield issued a public apology after being criticised by Brooke for making her relationship with Konrad public the night before the season finale.

In a post on Instagram, Chatfield explained she only went public with the relationship because she believed she had Blurton’s blessing.

“Brooke and I has a conversation in which I apologised and expressed regret multiple times for our public affection as this was before Konrad’s exit from the show. Konrad had a similar conversation with Brooke,” Chatfield explained.

“I now understand the timing of publicly sharing our relationship should have been more considered and that is my fault. I acknowledge that impact outweighs intent.”
