Alia Shawkat will be heading to Australia this year for the Melbourne International Film Festival. Shawkat will be attending in support of Ethan Hawke’s ‘Blaze’. Blaze is a drama that examines the life of late country singer-songwriter Blaze Foley.
Shawkat will also be participating at a special ‘In Conversation’ event at The Comedy Theatre. ‘In Conversation’ is an event held by The Age. It will see Shawkat discuss her life so far, her career and her creative course. The event will be moderated by writer and presenter Lorin Clarke.
