Today Brag can confirm what every music lover in Australia highly suspected – that alt-J will be appearing at Splendour in the Grass this weekend.

TheMercury prize winning outfit were top of the rumour mill to appear on the bill following the not-so-subtle inclusion of their symbolic triangle on the 2013 Splendour poster within the title ‘Mystery B∆nd’. Scottish groupCHVRCHES were also less-rumoured, while other punters were holding onto a pipe dream that Daft Punk might be making an appearance. However, alt-J effectively confirmed their appearance on the bill on Twitter last night, meaning that theannouncement should come to a surprise to absolutely no one today. alt-J will play at 6.40pm at the Supertop on the Sunday night of Splendour.
