It feels like an aeon since we had our last celebrity The Bachelorette contestant, but now we finally have a reason to watch the show again. Angie Kent, one half of the beloved Gogglebox duo Angie and Yvie, is the nations next rose-wielding suitor.
The 29-year-old has well and truly stuck her fingers in all of Australian reality TV’s pies. Kent graduated from Gogglebox and moved on to I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. It was only a matter of time before she began breaking men’s hearts in front of the nation. Who magazine have reported that Angie is hopeful about finding love but ‘not desperate for a man in her life’. I personally became a lifetime member of the Angie Stan Club years ago, I think that her zest is what this tripe show needs.
“I always said, ‘God no’, but you know what, I think after having more time on television now and being on the other side of the couch… I reckon I could be an alright Bachelorette,” Kent told Yahoo. “I’m definitely open to finding somebody. I just turned 29 so home girl’s not getting any younger, so for sure!”
