Aziz Ansari has extended his upcoming Australian ‘Road To Nowhere’ tour due to overwhelming demand.

The modern comedy icon has announced a second Sydney show for June 4th, with the first taking place at 7:30 pm, and an encore performance commencing at 10 pm.

The tour marks Ansari’s first Australian tour since 2012, as well as his first appearance in the country since allegations accusing him of sexual misconduct came to light.

“There were times I felt really upset and humiliated and embarrassed, and ultimately I just felt terrible this person felt this way, but you know, after a year, how I feel about it is, I hope it was a step forward. It made me think about a lot, and I hope I’ve become a better person,” said Ansari at a February gig, reflecting on the allegations.
