Aussie ‘The Bachelor’ star Romy Poulier has revealed that she’s appearing in the upcoming blockbuster Ticket to Paradise alongside Julia Roberts and George Clooney.

The reality star – who competed on the Honey Badger’s season of The Bachelor in 2018 – shared the exciting news on her Instagram page. “✈️ ✈️ ✈️ 🥥 In theatres this October,” she captioned a trailer of the hotly-anticipated film.

“This definitely was not a daunting experience at all,” she additionally captioned a clip of the movie on her Instagram stories.

The snippet shows Romy acting as a flight attendant serving Clooney, and the reality star come actress said she accidentally “dropped the tray on his face and crutch.”

Romy added, “In front of his wife and kids and of course Julie [Roberts] ,” she said. “They had to stop production and take him back into hair and make up. I wanted to run away and die.”

“[George Clooney] was so lovely about it… it was a great icebreaker. He made a joke about my slippery fingers after every take for the rest of the day.”

“It was so intimidating but the week ran smoothly besides the small (large) mistake,” she concluded.
While Romy isn’t as recognisable for her time on ‘The Bachelor’ as some of the other contestants, she was polarising during the season as she was considered one of the ‘villains’ alongside Alisha Aitken-Radburn and Cat Henesy-Smith.
Fellow Aussie Bachelor alum flooded Romy’s comments section to congratulate her on the role in Ticket to Paradise.
“Yayyayyyyyyyyyy proud baby!!” Former Bachelorette Brooke Blurton wrote.
Co-star Alisha-Aitken-Radburn commented, “STOP GEORGE CLOONEY SNATCHED A CHAMPERS FROM YOU”.
Former Home and Away star Lincoln Lewis wrote, “Romyyyyy!!! Go you good thangggg!!”
