The troubling and ultimately sad saga that’s currently surrounding Jackass identity and pro-skateboarder Bam Margera has taken yet another concerning turn overnight, with the struggling star bailing on rehab before getting arrested by the LAPD for trespassing soon after. Though he’s now been released from jail it feels as though the Viva La Bam namesake is far from out of the woods.

Videos and photos taken by patrons at the Luxe Hotel in LA appear to show Bam sitting on the floor in the middle of the lobby. It’s understood he was asked to leave the grounds multiple times after he clashed with other guests. TMZ reported Bam had been telling one guest that he was hired by the guest’s wife to catch him cheating; a story Bam also told police.

After approaching Margera on the lobby floor, the LAPD officer said “This is not a f**king reality TV show. I know you’re fresh out of rehab, so let’s get your s**t together.” Bam was arrested and placed on $1,000 bail which he soon made.

The whole situation started earlier in August when Bam posted a now-deleted image to Instagram where he detailed his struggles and directly called out to Dr. Phil, saying in the post “I need your help in a big, big way.” Throughout the post, Bam mentioned a failing dynamic with his mother, April and expressed frustrating at his marriage with wife Nikki speaking his concerns that if the marrage was to break up, Nikki would use the couple’s son, Phoenix, against Bam.

Dr. Phil answered the call and flew Bam out to LA where an episode is believed to have been tapped. It’s also understood as part of the session, Bam agreed to go to rehab for up to 90 days. A few days after he was checked in, Bam was back on Instagram posting a photo of a brand new ink on his neck in homage to Dr. Phil.

Here’s hoping Bam finds the help he needs, and fast.
