Nova hosts Ben & Liam have called out their producer Belle for making objectifying comments about Liam’s keister.

During the breakfast segment this morning, the duo plotted to teach Belle a lesson on proper workplace etiquette.

“Yesterday out of nowhere she [Belle] came into the studio and made some very offensive comments about my derriere,” shared Liam.

“You have what every girl wants, Liam has a very big bum,” added Ben.

“Yeah I’m a honkey with a bit of a wagon,” Liam continued. “Get used to it. I’m a thick snack, I’m not ashamed of that. What I don’t appreciate is getting those sorts of comments in the workplace from the opposite sex.”

Ben went on to play Switzerland and suggest that perhaps the comments Belle made were out of jest. “In producer Belle’s defence Liam I think she was just mucking around.”

Liam, unwilling to let the comments fly as jovial office banter, doubled down. “No she said I had a phatty with a ‘PH’,” he said.

So he hatched a plan. Using perhaps the weakest impressions I’ve ever witnessed, Ben schemed for the pair to call up Belle under the guise of Fernando and Nathan from HR.

“I heard that and figured that what I’d do this morning is call her and pose as someone from the HR department,” explains Liam. And educate her on some of the things you should and should not say in the workplace.”

“I’m calling because I got some disturbing reports that yesterday on the show you told one of your co-hosts that he had a badonkadonk. And that you yearned for his booty meat”

“I did not say that, no,” Belle defended.  “I yearn for it to be my booty meat.”

Ben and Liam then threatened to escalate the situation, highlighting a number of HR breaches. It didn’t take long for producer Belle to backpedal and offer a sincere apology.

After more teasing, Belle inevitably gave up and hung up on the pair. Ah, corporate workplace banter. Can barely live with it, could do without it. You can relive the whole saga here.
