A new production written by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright John Patrick Shanley is coming to Sydney this March.

Directed by Michael Dean, The Big Funk follows the story of Omar, a professional knife-thrower whose world changes when his wife Fifi becomes pregnant with twins. The play is summed up by asking the audience to choose love and life over neurosis and death.

Suspicious Woman Productions presents The Big Funk at the Tap Gallery from Wednesday March 11 until Saturday March 21. Tickets start at $25 and are available from trybooking.com
