Like most humans with a sense of humour, we were thrilled by the recent news that Larry David’s sardonic show Curb Your Enthusiasm will return to TV/devices on which TV shows are consumed, for its ninth season, starting on October 1.
We honestly didn’t think it would happen; after all, it’s been six years, and Seinfeld fans know Larry will walk off a successful show if he feels it has ran its course. Thankfully, he feels Curb has a little left in the tank, and we can’t wait for this to be proven right.
The main cast members have all signed on for season 9, but its the multitude of excellent guest stars that is most impressive, with (deep breathe) Bryan Cranston, Carrie Brownstein, Nick Offerman, Elizabeth Banks, Jimmy Kimmel, and Lauren “call me Lorelai” Graham showing up to disrupt Larry’s life.
Season 9 will contain ten episodes.
