If there is one thing I curse coronavirus from taking from me and my oblivious little life is the freedom to go to the cinema. There truly is nothing more liberating than going to the movies by yourself, scoffing a piping hot serving of delicious, buttery popcorn, and indulging in an opulent Bulla choc top. There is no better way to disassociate from the grating everyday routine than by immersing yourself in the sacred, secret world of an Xtreme screen viewing of Fast and Furious 9.
Thankfully, we will now be able to experience a small glimmer of that magic. Bulla has announced that for the first time ever, you’ll be able to cop on of their inimitable Chop Tops at the supermarket. From today, those chocolatey, supple beasts will be available to purchase exclusively at Coles.
You can expect to devour on all the classic, beloved flavours. The timeless combination of chocolate dipped vanilla — which I must argue, is not a basic bitch, but is in fact incredibly complex and chic as hell—, salted caramel, cookies and cream, mint and my personal favourite boysenberry.
This Bulla choc top, married with a generous helping of tastefully burnt microwave popcorn, and a post-mix coca-cola UberEats’d to your musty apartment is all we need to fill the void left in us in this post-cinema society.
In case you missed it, Stan announced that the entire Fast and Furious franchise would be making its way to their streaming service next month. I think we can all unanimously agree that this is the only cinematic saga that matters. Now that we have Criterion Channel-worthy viewing and smorgasbord of classic cinema delights, we really have no reason to leave the house ever again.
